Getting there
Getting to the trailhead: Noosa National Park.
The Palm Grove Walk is located in the Headland section of Noosa National Park, about 160km north of Brisbane. To reach the trailhead, access is via sealed roads that are suitable for conventional 2WDs. Parking at the Noosa Headland day-use area is limited, particularly during peak periods, so visitors are encouraged to walk, cycle, or catch the bus (see TransLink) to reduce congestion. Once at the end of Park Road in Noosa Heads, you can park in the day-use area car park and either walk 1km along the scenic seaside boardwalk from Hastings Street or 1.1km from the bus stop. Please note that there are steps along the route, making it unsuitable for wheelchair access. For those cycling, take care along Park Road, where bike racks are available in the day-use area (bring your own padlock).
