You can take several routes, but all involve connecting to either the Eastlink or Peninsula Link freeways. If you don’t have a car, you can catch a train to Frankston and then a bus to Dromana on the Mornington Peninsula. From there, you’ll likely need a taxi or rideshare service to reach Arthurs Seat itself, as public transport options are limited in the area. Parking is available at the Seawinds Garden Car Park where there are BBQs, facilities, and plenty of space for a picnic.
