The Cobbler Valley Circuit Walk is a moderately challenging (grade 3) 4.3km loop trail situated within Cobbler Creek Recreation Park, South Australia. This scenic route, taking approximately 1.5 hours to complete, ventures into some of the park's more secluded areas. Hikers may encounter remnants of the region's early European settlement, including the ruins of Trevalsa farmhouse. This homestead belonged to William Pedler, a cobbler whose profession inspired the name Cobbler Creek. The Valley Circuit also passes by Teakles House, another stone ruin shared with the Porosa Hike and Ruins Loop trails.
Grade 3 (Moderate) - Walks for Most Fitness Levels: Grade 3 on the
AWTGS represents moderate walking tracks. These are ideal for walkers with some fitness who are comfortable with some hills and uneven terrain. While suitable for most ages, some bushwalking experience is recommended to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Tracks may have short, steep hill sections, a rough surface, and many steps. The total distance of a Grade 3 walk can be up to 20 kilometers.
