Ospreys, Brahminy, Whistling Kites and White-breasted Sea Eagles regularly roost. It has a purpose built raptor platform with television monitoring from within the House. Boardwalks overlooking South Pine River, lead through mangroves, mud flats, salt marsh flats and a bird hide. Children can use this trail to go plaque rubbing, simply ask one of the Volunteers to give you some paper and crayons.
