This short 400 metre Boardwalk is perched high above the shallow waters of Henri Freycinet Harbour. There are excellent views of two small limestone islands and marine life that frequents the inshore waters. Rays, sharks, schools of fish and even turtles and dugongs can often be seen especially during summer.
About 20km south of Denham is an easy to get to view of an imposing bluff protecting shallow waters teeming with marine life. The short grade 1 loop trail goes to a lookout where rays, sharks, turtles can often be seen. On occasions you may even be rewarded with a sighting of a rare dugong. Interpretive signs explain the significance of the area.
Grade 1 (All-abilities) -Â Perfect for Families and Beginners: Grade 1 on the
AWTGS represents the easiest walking tracks, perfect for families with young children or those new to bushwalking. No prior experience is required. These gentle walks feature a flat, even surface with no steps or steep sections. They are suitable for wheelchair users with assistance due to the even terrain. The total distance of a Grade 1 walk is typically no greater than 5 kilometers, making them a comfortable and manageable option for all ages and fitness levels.
