An environmental and interpretation centre on an 18 hectare reserve with Burpengary Creek running through the site, this centre has a variety of natural and man-made ecosystems. Over one kilometre of self guided and guided walks through open remnant grasslands, acacia woodlands, wetlands, endangered rainforest, a macadamia germplasm plantation and home to abundant native birds and butterflies.

Caboolture Region Environmental Education Centre (CREEC) has been established as an environmental and interpretation centre next to Burpengary Creek by the Moreton Bay Regional Council and a small dedicated group of volunteers.
