Hike Overview
The Beehive Falls track is a scenic 2.8km (1.7-mile) return hike in Grampians National Park, Victoria, classified as grade 2 (moderate difficulty). Allow approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to complete the loop.
The trail begins at the Beehive Falls car park and follows a gently rolling path alongside Mud Hut Creek. As you venture upstream, the surrounding bushland gradually transforms into a lush, green haven adorned with ferns. The track leads to a series of rock steps culminating at Beehive Falls itself.
Beehive Falls is a seasonal waterfall, cascading with the most vigour following periods of rain. During these wetter times, the base of the falls boasts spectacular rock pools fringed with ferns, creating a tranquil scene for relaxation. It's important to note that the falls may cease to flow entirely during drier months.

Track Grade
Grade 2 (Easy) -Â A Gentle Introduction to Inclines: Grade 2 on the AWTGS represents easy walking tracks that offer a slightly more challenging experience compared to Grade 1. Similar to Grade 1, no prior bushwalking experience is required. The track surface is typically hardened or compacted and may have gentle hill sections or occasional steps. The total distance of a Grade 2 walk is typically no greater than 10 kilometers. These walks are still suitable for families with a bit more experience or those seeking a gentle introduction to some inclines.

Getting there
Beehive Falls are in the Northern Grampians. From Melbourne follow the national highway M8 and A8 to Roses Gap Road. Turn left onto Roses Gap Road and follow it to the Beehive Falls carpark on your left just beyond Mount Zero Road.
