Here’s a short and sweet hygiene tip: Keep yourself clean by showering regularly, brushing your teeth, washing your hands, changing your underwear daily, and using deodorant. Trust me, it makes a world of difference!

Great tips for at home. I’ve struggled to find a shower on multi-day hikes. Plus carrying spare jocks for days on end doesn’t work for me. Happy to wear the same clothes for multiple days if it saves pack weight.

Yeah I’m the same with the spare clothes. On multi-day hikes, I tend to have one change in my pack, just in case. Longest Ive gone is 11 days without changing a thing.
