Creating an event for others to attend is easy. Click here, fill out the online form and submit your event. Typically your event will be live right away and accessible on the events page. There may be times when I want to check over events before publishing them so if your’s doesn’t appear straight away, I’ll send you an email once it’s live.
If you’re not sure what to include, I’ve created a sample event here so you get a bit of an idea. You can also check out my guidelines for posting hikes (also referenced below). To help you plan your event, I’ve prepared some info you might find useful. Please bear in mind this article has been prepared for managing the Trail Hiking Australia Meetup Group so not everything will be applicable to community organised events.
