North Gorge Walk – Point Lookout is a 1.5km, grade 2 Return hike located in Cylinder Headland Queensland. The hike should take approximately 20 mins to complete.

Offering a spectacular outlook from the rocky outcrops to 32 kilometres of white sandy beach, the area is a haven for a variety of marine and bird life. Point Lookout, which overlooks the Pacific Ocean, is perfect for whale watching (between June and November) and dolphin spotting and while you’re taking in the incomparable view over the gorge itself, keep your eyes peeled for giant sea turtles riding the waves below.

Point Lookout Foreshore is a heritage-listed headland at East Coast Road, Point Lookout, City of Redland, Queensland, Australia. It is also known as Mooloomba. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 27 August 2004.
