If your hands swell while hiking, raise them. Hold onto your pack shoulder strap for awhile and see how that helps. Use hiking poles to keep your hands elevated a bit and keep the muscles active. This will help prevent swollen hands.

I suffer from this and hiking poles help. If i dont use them it’s extremely uncomfortable.

This happens to me. I have a couple of finger rings which fit snugly and aren’t easy to remove so when my fingers swell while out walking its awful.
