Reynoldson Reserve Walk Trail is a 2.4km, grade 1 Return hike located in Wongan Hills Western Australia. The hike should take approximately 0.75hrs to complete.
A walk for the wildflower enthusiast – the Reynoldson Reserve is renowned for its spectacular displays of VerticoRoadia and boasts seven different varieties, commonly known as “featherflowers”.
Located 29 kilometres north east of Wongan Hills. The road is well sign-posted. The Reynoldson Reserve Walk Trail is 2.4 kilometres return. Allow 40 to 60 minutes to walk to the south end and back. The Reynoldson Reserve Festival is held in November each year when the wildflowers are in full bloom. Admire the beauty of the reserve at the photographic exhibition before taking a highly informative guided tour of the reserve. Visit the Wongan Hills Visitor Centre for more information. Flowering seasons vary widely, with the most blooming between October and January. November being the peak month.
Start Point: 29km North of Wongan Hills (180km (2.5 hours) north east of Perth), turn right onto Kondut SE Road, Left Old Ballidu Road.
