Developing and maintaining this website takes a lot of time and costs a lot of money. I love developing this site, but it isn’t cheap. I do receive donations from members of the hiking community but unfortunately also need to run ads, through Google Adsense, to generate additional revenue. This helps me cover the ongoing and increasing costs. Personally, I am not a fan of ads and would like to get rid of them all for a better user experience, but without a significant increase in support from the community, I am afraid this just isn’t possible right now.
If you can offer your support it will really help a lot. All donations go back into the websites development so I can keep improving it for all Aussie explorers.
