It can become frustrating when you organise a hike and people simply fail to turn up on the day. As a courtesy to the event host and other participants, if your plans change and you can no longer attend, simply update your RSVP. This can easily be done by visiting the event you have joined then click the ‘cancel link’ (shown below in the green box).
If you are still interested in this event but can’t commit right now, you can always indicated you are interested instead. (shown below in the orange box).
