Hike Summary
The walk follows Range Road South track with views across the park and the Adelaide Plains. Climbing past the actual Anstey Hill, continue to Gate 18, before returning via Newmans Track, the old Newmans Nursery Ruins and the Water Gully Track.
Begin this hike from Gate 9 on Lower North East Road. You can also access this walk by Adelaide Metro public transport from Bus Stop 44 Perseverance Road, Vista.

About the region
Discover this park's unique features, including ruins of the original Newman’s Nursery, abundant bird life, western grey kangaroos and koalas. Many animals call this area home and the park conserves rare vegetation which was once widespread throughout the Adelaide Plains and Mount Lofty Ranges.
